Who we are
Sydney sites since 2017,
run out of Taren Point.
OnPoint Network are fully licensed and qualified electrical contractors, specialising in the construction and commercial sectors. NECA NSW named us Small Contracting Business of the Year in 2025.
We started as a small commercial crew and grew on repeat work from builders who kept calling back. That is still how the business runs. No franchise, no call centre, no sales team between you and the electrician who priced your job.
The workshop and switchboard staging is in Taren Point, which puts us inside the hour for most of Sydney. We take the drive when the job is worth it, from the CBD and the eastern suburbs through to Casula, Blacktown, Cessnock and Walgett.
Our jobs run from a two week electrical package to a twenty four month carpark upgrade, for builders including CD Construction Group, CD Commercial Projects, MLPCO, Diversified Group, Hanna Bros and Lend Lease.
What we do
Five things,
done properly.
Switchboards
Main switchboards, distribution boards and tenancy boards. Supply upgrades coordinated with the network, then supply, install, test and commission.
Construction electrical
Power, lighting and data for builders and developers. Site power, consumer mains and submains, emergency and exit lighting, testing and tagging.
Commercial fit-outs
Office, retail and hospitality. Architectural and feature lighting, workstation wiring, data cabling, AV and power, coordinated with your shopfitter and your program.
Onsite maintenance
Scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs across your portfolio, with emergency call out available outside business hours.
Luxury residential
High end homes and apartment buildings. C-Bus and smart control, lighting design, safety testing, fault finding and repair.

How we run a job
Eight stops,
same order every time.
Every OnPoint job moves through the same eight stops, whether it is a six week shop fit-out or a twenty four month carpark. It is also what your project manager sees in the client portal, so the site and the software tell one story.
Tender
We price off your drawings and tell you what is missing from them, in writing, before you award.
Scope
Questions first, price second. A price without the questions is a variation waiting to happen.
Rough-in
Our own crews, sequenced to your program. Consumer mains, submains, conduit and cable in to the setout.
Fit-off
Boards, fittings and final connections, coordinated with your shopfitter, your ceiling grid and your mechanical trade.
Test and commission
Insulation resistance, earth continuity, polarity and RCD testing, then commissioning of lighting control, dry fire detection and comms.
Certify
Certificates of Compliance for Electrical Work issued against what we installed. Your certifier gets paperwork, not a phone number.
Handover
As-builts, switchboard schedules, test results and warranties handed over with the keys.
Maintain
Scheduled maintenance, defect work and emergency call out on request, across the buildings we wired and plenty we did not.
Client portal
Every job comes with a link.
Your project manager sees the stage the job is at, the drawings we have been issued and the next date, without ringing anyone. Same eight stops as above. No app to install, no login to chase.
