Priced off the drawings, not off a walk-through
Most electrical quotes come off a walk-through. Ours come off the drawings. We read them, come back with the questions before the number, and put what is missing in writing before you award. A price without the questions is a variation waiting to happen, and you are the one who wears it.
Our own crews, sequenced to your program
The crews are ours, out of Taren Point. That matters most where the sequence is tight or the site is live. At Darling Harbour we supplied and installed a network of electrical and comms pits and conduits through the public realm of the Convention Centre for Lend Lease and Hanna Bros, a $1,000,000 scope over six months, coordinated with Stowe. At Bonnyrigg Plaza Stage 2 we upgraded the carpark of a trading shopping centre over twenty four months: excavation, pits and conduits, supply from the Endeavour Energy network and 6m to 8m pole safety lighting.
We do regional work too. Cessnock for Hanna Bros, a $600,000 civil package over twelve months, and Walgett IGA, a $400,000 store four hundred kilometres from the workshop.
What you get at handover
Certificates of Compliance for Electrical Work, as-built drawings, switchboard schedules, test and commissioning results, and warranties with the equipment data. A missing certificate stops an occupation certificate, so the paperwork is part of the job rather than a chase after it.

Do you price off the drawings or off a site walk?
Off the drawings. We read them, come back with the questions before the number, and put in writing what is missing from the documentation before you award.
Are the crews yours or labour hire?
Ours, working out of Unit 9, 58 Box Road, Taren Point. One team, sequenced to your program, on jobs from two weeks to twenty four months.
Do you do the civil side, the pits and the conduits?
Yes. Excavation, pit and conduit systems, submain conduits and light pole cages are part of our work at Darling Harbour for Lend Lease and Hanna Bros, at Cessnock for Hanna Bros, and at the Bonnyrigg Plaza Stage 2 carpark for CD Construction Group.
What documentation comes with practical completion?
