What we do in a high end home
Five of our twenty projects are luxury residential, from a $20,000 electrical package at Crookes House through to a $500,000 newbuild of twenty apartments at 211 Military Road, Cremorne for MLP Co. The builders on those jobs are MLP Co, Diversified Group and CD Commercial Projects.
- Incoming supply upgrades. Including Level 3 design, as at Beaconsfield.
- New main switchboards. New 160 amp supply and board at Cremorne and at Balgowlah Heights.
- Clipsal C-Bus automation. Full design and construct on the Darling Point penthouse.
- Custom lighting. In-house boutique lighting design.
- Landscape and feature lighting. A full landscape package at Cremorne.
- Dry fire detection, intercom and security. Integrated at Balgowlah Heights.
- Communications and AV. Through the home and the communal areas.
Apartment buildings, not just houses
A lot of the high end work is boutique apartment buildings. 211 Military Road was twenty apartments with communal areas and a full landscape lighting package. Balgowlah Heights was seven apartments over three storeys with two ground floor shopfronts and alfresco dining.
The paperwork is the same
High end residential gets the same close out as a shopping centre. Testing and commissioning, a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work against the installation, as-builts, switchboard schedules and warranties.

What a builder usually asks.
Do you do C-Bus and smart lighting control?
Yes. Clipsal C-Bus automation with full design and construct on the Darling Point penthouse refurbishment for MLPCO, and C-Bus control of lighting, AV and blinds on the Sydney Uni science lab.
Do you handle the incoming supply upgrade as well?
Yes. Beaconsfield included an upgrade to the incoming supply from the street with Level 3 design, and both 211 Military Road, Cremorne and Balgowlah Heights took a new 160 amp incoming supply to a new main switchboard.
Do you do landscape and feature lighting?
Yes. A full landscape lighting package at 211 Military Road, Cremorne, custom lighting on the Darling Point penthouse, and architectural lighting at Interchange Pavilion.
