Home Services Onsite maintenance

Electrical maintenance contractor Sydney wide, scheduled and on call.

Scheduled preventative maintenance, compliance testing and defect work across your portfolio, on the buildings we wired and plenty we did not.

What is on the schedule

Regular electrical maintenance is how you find the problem while it is still small. We run scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs across portfolios, from a single tenancy to a shopping centre, and we do it on buildings we wired and plenty we did not.

  • Emergency and exit lighting. Tested and the results recorded.
  • RCD and safety switch testing. On the boards and on the circuits.
  • Testing and tagging. Portable equipment across the site.
  • Fault finding. Wiring safety tests and reports, then the repair.
  • Defect work. Closed out and documented.
  • Emergency call out. Available outside business hours, on request.

Compliance you can hand straight to an auditor

Emergency and exit lighting has to be tested and the result recorded. RCDs have to be tested. Portable equipment has to be tested and tagged. None of that is difficult, all of it is auditable, and it is the part that gets missed when the maintenance is being done by whoever answered the phone that week.

We are a licensed NSW electrical contractor, a NECA member and cm3 pre-qualified, so the pre-qualification side of your compliance is already done. Licence and insurance certificates go across on request.

You can see what has been done

Every OnPoint job comes with a client login. Your facilities manager or centre manager can see the stage the work is at, the next date, and the documents as they are issued, without ringing anyone. There is no app to install.

The buildings we already know

We wired a good part of the retail portfolio on our own record: Westpoint Blacktown, Bonnyrigg Plaza and its Stage 2 carpark, Rockdale Plaza and Homemakers Centre Casula. When the maintenance contractor already has the as-builts and the switchboard schedules, the first hour of every call out stops being a hunt for the board.

Straight answers

What a builder usually asks.

What is actually covered on a scheduled visit?

Emergency and exit lighting testing, RCD and safety switch testing, testing and tagging, fault finding with wiring safety tests and reports, and any defect work that comes out of it. The schedule is set against the site.

Do you only maintain buildings you installed?

No. Scheduled maintenance, defect work and emergency call out are available across the buildings we wired and plenty we did not.

Is there an after hours option?

Emergency call out is available outside business hours, on request. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we will not put a number on a page we cannot hold to on every job.

How does our facilities manager see what has been done?

Every job comes with a client login showing the stage the work is at, the next date and the documents as they are issued. No app to install.
